On this episode of “The Romantic Side of Suspense,” I’m talking with Cindy Kay Stewart, a retired high school social studies and special education teacher, who writes stories of hope, steeped in love, and anchored in faith. Passionate about revealing God’s handiwork in history, Cindy loves to research until she uncovers hidden gems to share with her readers. She resides in North Georgia with her college sweetheart and husband of forty-four years. Her daughter, son-in-law, and four adorable grandchildren live nearby.

“It is very difficult [to combine the four threads of faith, romance, history and suspense together in my stories],” Cindy says. “It takes a lot of time, a lot of research, … a lot of rewriting and a lot of editing.”
