Why did you start writing romantic suspense novels?
It was at the recommendation of my agent and my publishers.
What’s the hardest part of writing romantic suspense?
The romance! I keep asking my poor husband, “Now, imagine you’re a guy…”
When do you find time to write?
Mornings. Hubbie MUST be quiet or I’ll kill him in my next book.
What is your favorite spot for reading or reflecting on your current work-in-progress?
Right now the living room watching our new puppy.
What’s your go-to when you need a pick-me-up to keep writing?
I will play games on the computer and let the novel stuff simmer in the back of my brain.
What is one of your favorite ways to connect with readers?
I love to talk to book clubs, meeting readers everywhere.
